‘On the Edge of Life’ is a series of reflective responses by young artists (From the Royal College of Art) and musicians (from the Guildhall School of Music) to some of the things they learned and observed during a series of research-gathering visits to the premature baby unit at St. Georges Hospital in London (with Pat Hamilton), and seminars by medical experts both there and at the Institute of Child Health (with Prof Anthony Costello and Sarah Ball).
